The Basic FHP rental program includes ownership interest and benefits of like: mortgage interest and property tax personal income deductions, principal reduction and potentially increase in equity via appreciation as well as pride of ownership in addition to many other benefits from being an active FHP member.
The Gold FHP rental program includes all of the Basic FHP benefits and includes the opportunity to have a small side hustle business which all can be worked from home.
