The Fractional Home Ownership & Rental system called the Gold FHOR program and includes the Fareig Referral system.
It creates long term income by ***referring people*** to new & used vehicle dealerships in the area where they are located.
Additionally, a person can call homeowners and let them know about the Gold FHOR (Fraction Home Ownership & Rental) system
as a conversion(rentals) of their property or as a seller(owner) of the property or as an occupant (renting by room) with (ownership) benefits of the home.
Being referred by you for vehicle purchases of Toyota’s, Subaru’s, Mazda’s, and other car dealerships throughout the US pays $200
for every closed vehicle purchased, Up to $5000 for every closed real estate transaction depending on locality of conversion or purchased property,
and ($1000 bonus for every person who refers 5 vehicle referrals and 1 Gold FHOR system within a 1-year period).
In addition to all the above how about a referral to home and vehicle services and repairs – If your not getting it now then how can I describe the payout on services & repairs. That is for another session.
A person can ***Refer People*** in perpetuity
Example: In a 60 day period a person refers 1 real estate transaction, either a conversion or purchase to the Gold FHOR program, 5 vehicles referred to purchase a new or used vehicle and all transactions are closed within a 1 year period, will be paid $7000 for that 60 period.
